Early Stage Founders
This pathway is designed for founders who have already moved beyond ideas.
Where You Should Be
We work with founders who have:
- a working prototype, or
- a minimum viable product (MVP) ready for market deployment
You should be in the stage of going:
👉 from 0 to 1 — not from idea to concept
This means:
- your product can be tested with real users
- you are ready to engage with the market
- you are focused on execution, not just validation
What We Focus On
At this stage, the objective is clear:
- generate early traction
- build initial revenue signals
- validate product-market alignment
- prepare for structured fundraising
Our role is to work alongside you through:
- execution support
- market-facing activities
- disciplined growth efforts
Why This Stage Matters
The transition from 0 to 1 is where most startups fail.
Not because of lack of ideas.
But because of:
- weak execution
- lack of market feedback
- premature scaling decisions
We focus on building real business fundamentals at this stage.
Who This Is NOT For
We do not typically engage with:
- purely idea-stage startups
- founders who have not built a prototype or MVP
- concepts that have not been tested in any form
Exception
In rare cases, we may consider idea-stage startups if:
- the founding team has strong execution history
- or prior startup/investment track record
What You Should Expect
- direct and honest feedback
- structured execution support
- clarity on whether your startup is worth scaling
We do not operate on assumptions.
We work on what the market tells us.
